Abstract
This research investigates the organizational climate and human relations skills in Kasibu West District's public elementary schools for the 2023-2024 academic year. It examines principal behaviors (supportive, directive, restrictive)andteacherbehaviors(collegiality,intimacy,disengagement),alongsideteachers'humanrelationsskills (self-esteem,self-motivation,goalsetting,self-confidence,relationswithcolleagues,clients,supervisors,andcreative resiliency). Thestudyincludes126permanentteachers, representing67.02%ofthedistrict’stotalteachers, selected through scientific sampling. Using statistical tools like mean and Pearson r, the findings reveal a positive organizational climate with high ratings for principal support, guidance, and teacher collegiality. Despite some restrictiveprincipalbehaviors, disengagedteacher behaviorislow. Teachers' human relations skills are rated"very good."Asignificantcorrelation(r=0.892)betweenorganizationalclimateandhumanrelationsskillsisidentified. Consequently,thestudyproposesatailoredtrainingprogramtoenhancetheseaspects, basedonrespondent feedback. Thishighlightsafavorableorganizational climateand strong human relationsskillsamong teachers.
