AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Authors are invited to make a submission to the Universal Scholars Journal of Business and Management Research (US-JBMR). All submissions will first be assessed by an editor to check if they meet the aims and scope of the journal. Those considered suitable will then be sent for double-blind peer review before a final decision of acceptance or rejection is made.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included in their manuscript, such as figures, datasets, or copyrighted material. All authors listed on the manuscript must agree to be identified as contributors. Where applicable, research involving human participants or organizations should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the laws of the study’s country.

An editor may desk reject a manuscript if it does not meet minimum standards of academic quality. Before submitting, please ensure that:

  • The research design is clear and well-structured.

  • The argument is logically presented and well-supported.

  • The title is concise and informative.

  • The abstract is clear and can stand on its own.

Carefully following these steps will increase the chances of a positive review outcome.
