Submission

Authors can submit their manuscripts through our online submission system or by sending it directly to our official email IDs provided in the contact details.

Submissions through any other mode will not be accepted.

Before submission, authors should carefully read the Author Guidelines to avoid delays in processing.

US-JBMR accepts manuscripts only in PDF, DOC, DOCX, or RTF formats. Files submitted in other formats will not be considered.

Authors are fully responsible for any errors or mistakes in their manuscripts.

Minor corrections after publication can be done free of cost, but for major corrections, editing charges may apply.
Publication (Online)

The online publication of accepted articles is scheduled at the end of every month. However, it may be delayed by 24–48 hours if there is a high volume of articles under processing.

Once an issue is published, an automatic email notification will be sent to authors and readers. Authors are advised to check their inbox and spam folders regularly for these updates.

After publication, authors cannot withdraw their article.

If any ethical or technical issue is discovered after publication, US-JBMR reserves the right to remove the article from the website without prior notice.

No refunds will be provided after online publication.
Publication (Print)

Printed copies of the journal are available only upon author’s request and will be dispatched 2 weeks after the online publication of the issue.

US-JBMR ships print copies via India Post and provides the tracking number upon dispatch.

Delivery timelines depend on India Post (generally 1–3 weeks after dispatch). US-JBMR is not responsible for delivery delays due to postal or courier issues.

No refunds will be provided once the print copy has been dispatched.

In case a copy is lost, damaged during delivery, or delayed beyond 6 months, US-JBMR will resend the print copy free of cost.

The journal uses the email addresses of authors, reviewers, and readers only for official communication such as editorial notices, review updates, or publication notifications.

US-JBMR strictly does not share, sell, or misuse any personal information, emails, or contact details with third parties.
